Menu Monday

Another week has come and gone. Time for another week of meals!

Here's what we've got cooking...

My Meals:
  • PW's Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta...never made this Pioneer Woman dish before, but it sounds like a winner. It's also a good recipe to use up some of the basil we still have growing out in the garden.
  • White Bean Soup with J's homemade beer bread, by far the best bread on the planet. This meal should indicate to you how much I love the dropping temperature in Virginia!

  3. You will love that PW recipe! I found it super easy to follow and the leftovers are super yummy! My only suggestion would be to make sure you have really fresh lemons and basil - it changes the dish so much! (I also mixed in my chicken instead of laying it on top and that was perfection too!)

  7. Do you make the whole recipe for the Chevre and Greens Stuffed Shells? It looks delicious, but I think 50 shells would be too much for us. I wonder how halving an egg yolk would be though! :)
