Here's what we've got cooking...
My Meals:
- PW's Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta...never made this Pioneer Woman dish before, but it sounds like a winner. It's also a good recipe to use up some of the basil we still have growing out in the garden.
- White Bean Soup with J's homemade beer bread, by far the best bread on the planet. This meal should indicate to you how much I love the dropping temperature in Virginia!
J's Meals:
- Pumpkin Pancakes (or pampakes as our niece Izzie says!) and bacon
- Chevre and Greens Stuffed Shells
- Cuban Sandwiches

Oh you have to share how that PW recipe turns out...sounds so yummy!
ReplyDeleteUm, YUM!! I want to come for dinner!!
ReplyDeleteYou will love that PW recipe! I found it super easy to follow and the leftovers are super yummy! My only suggestion would be to make sure you have really fresh lemons and basil - it changes the dish so much! (I also mixed in my chicken instead of laying it on top and that was perfection too!)
ReplyDeletePumpkin Pancakes! That sounds so delicious!
ReplyDeleteSend me some of that beer bread!!!! :)
ReplyDeletePumpkin Pancakes sound amazing! Just reading the recipe made me even more excited that it's finally Fall!
ReplyDeleteDo you make the whole recipe for the Chevre and Greens Stuffed Shells? It looks delicious, but I think 50 shells would be too much for us. I wonder how halving an egg yolk would be though! :)
ReplyDeleteI love PW's recipes. YUM! I just started menu planning. I love it!
ReplyDeleteYou'll LOVE the lemon basil pasta! I actually prefer to eat that without the chicken. Yummy!
