- When my husband cooks dinner
- Going out to lunch on teacher work days and eating prosciutto and pear flat bread pizza
- Coworkers who bring me Toffee Mochas from Starbucks
- My bed and boxes of tissues. Allergies are trying to kill me this week.
- Students who bring me in pieces of their Halloween candy because they have big hearts and they're generous and sweet
- My new phone...it's still like a fun, new, shiny, toy!
This week I am not really digging:
- ALLERGIES & my contact lenses
- Working long hours
- Teaching kids how to use a protractor
- Dog hair that is all over the house and my life
- Folding laundry and putting it away...such a pain
- Junk Mail from every charity under the sun
- Ignorance
...and that's that!
I have seemed to notice all the dog hair in my life this week too. It seems like everywhere I look I just find more!

I love lunch out with my teacher friends on a work day... it's so much more relaxing than a regular lunch! Are your conferences done now?

ReplyDeleteLOVE going out to lunch with my teammates. Too bad it only happens about twice or three times a year. Must be thankful for what I have!

We LOVE Zac Brown Band...one of the best concerts we saw this summer, hands down.
ReplyDeleteAnd, our laundry is crazy out of control. I have a load in the wash right now...I love the sanitize button on my washing machine. :)
what a great things to be diggin' list! I need to check out the ZBB! So fun to go out to lunch on work days and I loved when we all brought each other coffee, love that! So glad you have coworkers that do that! Because you definitely deserve it! :) I hope the rest of your week lightens up!

oh girl, I totally relate! We had conferences on Tuesday and I was able to be a normal person and see the light of day between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm and go get lunch. It is glorious but I find myself secretly hating on everyone else who is driving on the road "umm why aren't you at work right now?!?" hahah!
ReplyDeleteI'm new and not sure that I've commented before. I just wanted to say that Lasik is worth EVERY dime if you have allergy problems with contacts. I had it last January and am LOVIN it! I just wish I had done it before I had a baby and not after. Glasses on/off all through the night was about as fun as a traffic jam. Hope your allergies get better soon!!!
