Menu Monday

This will likely be my last Menu Monday for the year...we're having a New Year's party so I may do a Menu Monday post with our menu for the party, but no more weekly meals!

On to the meals...

My Meals:

J's Meals:
  • Homemade pizza (TJ's whole wheat crust, peppers, onions, turkey pepperoni, and my favorite sauce)
  • Beef Skewers with roasted veggies, cous cous and tzatziki sauce...we eat this meal a lot, have you noticed?

  5. Question for ya....do you guys halve recipes or do you have a ton of leftovers? I find I really only need to cook 3 meals a week since we can eat leftovers the other two nights. We also take leftovers for lunch. I really want to start meal planning, I usually plan two meals and then either go to the store or make something with what we have the other nights. (or eat leftovers)

  8. I feel famous, Rachel! Haha I would use your favorite spaghetti sauce mixed in with the tomato sauce for the lasagna; that's what I did. It's not the best lasagna in the world, but a good easy recipe. I'll send you my "real" lasagna recipe I love to use for company.
